Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving 15 g (2 scoops) with a large glass of water before a workout to test your tolerance. Drink at least 2 liters of water daily while using this product. Do not exceed more than 1 serving in 24-hours. Do not use with other sources of caffeine during the day.
